La Rifa Chocolate Tour 2019 is a series of educational tasting sessions about the world's most delicious and most misunderstood food: chocolate!
Join us at Popol Vuh for a tasting and educational series around how Oaxacan chocolate gets harvested and produced.
Daniel and Monica, from La Rifa Chocolateria in Mexico City will be presenting different cacao varietals and the processing of those varietals. You will be tasting examples of these varietals in the form of
- 3 cacao beans
- 3 chocolates
- 1 cacao drink
Daniel and Monica will have product available for purchase after the event.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE TWO SEATING FOR THIS EVENT 6PM AND 8PM. PLEASE CHOOSE WHICH ONE YOU WOULD LIKE TO BUY TICKETS FOR.
We recommend reservations at Popol Vuh either before or after your chocolate tasting to complete the evening. The tasting is about 1.5 hours long.
