de Matachines was created by Darian Martyniuk after traveling throughout Mexico and Central American as a travel and event planner. The brand focused on agave distillates from outside of Oaxaca. Spending time in San Luis Potosí and meeting a few different producers, began the concept of de Matachines.
The first batches release are a copper pot salmiana from Ahualulco, SLP and a clay pot salmiana from Peñasco, SLP.
The current release we have in Minnesota is the copper pot version. We have a limited number of bottles available.
